Conto Direct issues invoices on your behalf, collects payments from clients/agencies, calculates tax and Pay-Related Social Insurance (PRSI) and pays your net pay direct into your personal bank account.

In order to be tax compliant, the contractor must be an employee of Conto Direct and have all remuneration paid out in the form of employment income, subject to Irish tax and PRSI. Conto Direct will pay the necessary monthly contributions to Irish Revenue.
