How

  • All your business is managed online. As soon as you register, you can start entering data and documentation into the system, in the knowledge that they will be instantly processed as soon as the initial formalities are completed.
  • You enter, edit and if necessary delete daily, weekly, biweekly or monthly timesheets and billable expenses online.
  • Invoices are generated automatically from validated timesheets and are emailed directly to your agency or end user - copy to you.
  • Non billable expenses, again entered and edited online with scanned supporting receipts, are validated and included in the payroll processing.
  • The system will calculate your VAT from from your income and expenditure - but our accounting staff will keep an eye on it to make sure it is correct.
  • All online and automatic processes are supported at all critical stages by our competent staff, who are only a call away if you need further information or clarification.

Our charging structure is based on a fixed monthly fee, which incorporates all of the services listed. This unique approach allows us to offer you a complete accounting service for monthly tax deductible fees of £85 per month (+VAT). You will not find any hidden fees or charges within our service - no start up charges or early termination fees.
