IR35 Assessment Tool

 Is it mandatory that you have to do the work yourself and that you can not hire someone else to do the work, or you can not take on helpers at your own expense?

  Can someone move you from task to task or can someone tell you where to work, when to work, how to work or what to do?
3.
  Do you have to work a set number of hours per day or per week and for hours worked over & above such set hours, mostly you get overtime payment and Bonus Payment?
4.
  Are you getting a regular wage or salary irrespective of the job completion status, instead of getting a fixed price to do the job regardless of how long job will take to complete ?
5.
  Are you responsible for managing anyone else engaged by the person or company that you are working for?
6.
  Can you make a profit as well as a loss there-by there comes an element of risking your own money?
7.
  Do you provide the main items of equipment (not the tools that many employees provide for themselves) needed to do the job?
8.
  Do you regularly work for a number of different people instead of working for one client at a time and you require business set up in order to do so?
9.
  Do you have to correct unsatisfactory work in your own time and at your own expense?
10.
  Do you need permission from the client to take holidays?
